A few more wins today and a missing one!

It is official, the Royal Mail have lost my parcel!!!! :mad: I went back down to the sorting office today and was told to wait as they would need to call the manager who was dealing with my case and he would come and speak to me. After waiting 25 mins I was informed he was too busy to speak to me and I should call customer services. I asked if he could call me later but was told he didn't want to speak to me.

I phoned customer services and was told they could take my details and log the complaint but there was nothing they could do. I asked to put a complaint in about the manager and was told I couldn't do that. Basically they say there is no proof that there was a parcel even though they left the card to say there was. It is so frustrating as there is no reasoning with the Royal Mail. I just hope it was a mars cricket ball that went missing and not something more exciting.
