Hi i went br in march this year.Since then my work has picked up and so i informed the OR as i was asked to.Today i received my IPOQ form but when i look at other peoples SOA why is there more things you can put as expenses than on the OR form. Also as i am self employed my wages are not always the same and when i get my pay i also have business expenses on top of that.So what do i put down as my income.Sorry for being long winded.

Hi I should be receiving my forms very soon is it like the SOA you complete on court forms or do they allow for more things, with regards to income average this over the last 3 months
  • there is very little to put down for expenses.they ask only for utilities and housekeeping.but when you read other SOA there are entries for car tax ,home ins and other similar things

perhaps you just total all of those up and put single figure in, do they tell you what they allow and disallow
  • I've not had an IPOQ form so I can't comment on that, but I am sure some one will know.

You put your wage down minus any business expenditure.

Fill in the ones on the form, and the one's there aren't a space for list on another piece of paper and add the total to the bottom of the 1st page.

No, some OR's use the figures from your court forms.

How long is a piece of string?? It runs for three years from the time they set it up, and they have the length of your bankruptcy to set one up. Once you are discharged, then they can't impose one but anytime up to that.
