is just the table veneered? I presume the chairs are solid? never seen veneered chairs before.

can anyone tell me the process from homebase? I ordered on saturday got an email to confirm "only an acknowledgement" then not here anything since. do they email you if they have it in stock or not? I am confused if I am going to get one or not.. thanks for any replies

I'm guessing they'll ring or email when its in stock and arrange delivery. Only a guess tho as we havent ordered from homebase before either

i called homebase yesterday, still waiting for delivery after 7 days, they have informed me that for kitchen furniture it is a max 28 day delivery target. so still waiting and could be a couple of weeks yet, will post as soon as it arrives.

sorry to repost guys I really don't want to miss this, can anyone tell me if the chairs have solid wood legs?
we have an oak table and these would be great to match, but as we have a dog veneered legs would be easily damaged if he got hold of them..

I ordered a table and chairs from homebase previously. The delivery time for me was 31 days as they ship them in and the lead time was based on when the ship docked. They were pretty good and called me 2 days before delivery to arrange everything.

the legs on our chairs are solid wood the chairs are great, I have 2 kids one 5 and the other 3 as you can imagine they are messy and I was worried they would mark the material of the chairs but everything so far has just rubbed off and they still look new, it's only the table legs that let it down - thinking about it it could be drying washing on the radiator lfiting vaneer off the table legs
