Lloyds warning

We went br back in October, so any correspondence I just put in a pile and sent OR. The OR recently released our case and said not to worry about sending correspondence to them anymore. It was at that point that I realised that Lloyds were pretending that nothing had happened. For both my account and my partners they had the info. on our accounts but hadn't actioned it! Hopefully 8.5 months in after both of us contacting them this week, the matter is resolved. Just wanted to warn others incase their lazziness is national.
