spots,blackheads and scarring

im 25 years old and always seem to get spots on my chin but now im left with acne scarring and it feels all bumpy there is there anything to get rid of that bumpy feeling and clear up the scarring
also i suffer blackheads on my nose any good tips

I had a few black heads on my nose once and wasn't happy with them there, so got a blackhead removing tool. It's like a pick with a loop on the end that you can put over the spot to hygenically and easily remove it without squeezing (which will hurt on your nose anyway!).

Of course, the best cure is prevention!

Possibly try Bio-Oil for the scarring or Silgel (Silcone Gel ), but quite expensive or Dermatix

I've got permanent scarring from spots. I think it's permanent. Mind you, I'm also a millionaire so I don't care.
