Waiting for Postal orders re Car Insurance

Hi
I just wondered if anyone else had not received their Postal Orders for £50 which you get free when you get your Car Insurance through the Post Office?
It clearly says 28 days and my last lot came fine(House Insurance) but the ones for the Car Insurance havent arrived.
I telephoned the helpline and they said they will make enquiries and I should hear within 3 weeks
grrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!
Why are things never straightforward??

The keyword here is HASSLE
Just get on the blower, write a letter, keep hassling them, ask to speak to the manager, the manager's manager and cause merry hell and the problem will be resolved quickly
Good luck!0 -
I haven't received mine but I don't think it's been 28 days yet. The guy on the phone told me 14 days when I took the policy out!! Think they need to get their act togethter :rolleyes:Mortgage-free wannabe!0

I'm waiting for mine too but I only took out the policy on 26th March. I would think it would be longer than 14 days as you have a right to cancel before then. There's a thread on the Insurances board about it and various posters have received theirs.
