Britannia products ending at close of play today

Hi,

I'm a long time lurker but have broken my lurkiness to let you know that Britannia's mortgage products will be withdrawn from market at the end of today. I've just been told this by one of their mortgage advisors.

Now I know there's no telling what they'll be replaced with, given the fact that other posters on here have said that a few other providers have put their rates up I'd guess that Britannia's new products will be higher rates too.

They currently have the best 90% LTV rates (for me anyway), so I'd move quickly if you want to go with them.

Just had an e-mail about this too. They're letting us apply as we we were halfway through an online app, as long as we finish it by Monday. Seems to be the best deal by a long shot.

Took out a 3 year fix at 3.89% last week and today it's 4.24%

My deal ends in late August so have not sent the forms / fee back yet but have the paperwork to confirm everything so I am happy.

The website is showing mortgages on there so not sure the info is correct.

What has happened is the old products were removed with the same ones added back but with higher % rates.
