Hi all.. We went to the court this morning. Got there for 9.30 as requested and we didn't need to see the judge.. The Court staff said that the judge was happy with our explainations and the Bankruptcy orders were ready and waiting for our arrival.
Just spoken with the OR who was lovely and she didn't think we would need to see her, maybe a ten minute interview by phone..
Totally not what I was expecting!! Its all sorted now and we can start afresh.
