Argh, wish I'd seen this sooner. I bought an 8gb one last week for £65. it didn't work so I sent it back for a replacement. The fuze is actually meant to have better sound output than the Ipod, so it's a great buy.0

yes cant understand whyteh 8Gb is more expensive..models looked identical when i viewed them!0 -
These are pretty good little players, I bought one for myself (16gb) and one for my mother (4gb) a few weeks back - battery lfe playing MP3's is very impressive (I clocked about 20ish hours on mine).
The chances are the 12gb model is a promotional one, as the standard capacities are from memory 2,4 and 8gb, but they all have a micro SDHC card slot, and they did bundles with memory cards a while back (my 16gb model is really an 8gb model with an 8gb memory card).
The really nice thing is that they can apparently take up to a 32gb memory card in addition to the basic internal memory, and you can swap the memory cards around easily (you could pick up 4-8gb memory cards and load different types of music onto each if you wanted/needed to).
You can pick up things like spare sync/charge cables, and cases from ebay cheaply

Does anyone know if the 8gb models are reduced in store too?July Win: Nokia 58000

I bought one from CDiscount after reading about it on this forum. Fantastic value at the £45 I paid for it but incredible at £35.
The 12GB is a special edition but it is simply the 8GB packaged with a 4GB memory expansion card (seamless from a player operation perspective). Good video quality and excellent sound quality although, as is pretty standard, it is worth factoring in £10 for in-ear plug style phones (sennheiser cx-300 etc).
Looks feels and sounds the business. Also works well with Windows media player. Playlists are a bit finicky using the machine but I am sure there is a way of importing from WMP, I just havent got round to it.
If you are in the market for one you will not get better value than this.:T0 -
Saw this thread and found one at Victoria St, London branch. Sorry but it was the last one, display model but at this price!!:T
Also, the shelf price was still £79.99!0
