    Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
    If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
    If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
    If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.

    They had a obesse estate agent stranglly trying to talk up the market. Come on guys buy if only to provide vested interests pies to eat:rotfl:

    There have been some interesting features on Radio 4 over the last year too. Only its pot luck whether I hear them or not.
