    thought more mortgaged people would of been intrested in what the OR will allow for mortgage payments against rent :rolleyes:

    It is good news fooman.

    The family element is always an important factor. The ORs realise that the upheaval of uprooting a family for the sake of saving a few hundred a month is not realistic.

    Also , & probably more relevant, is that you are in negative equity anyway so there is nothing in it for the OR to force a sale. If you can afford the mtge & SL then your house is safe.
