I'm currently working for a large national electrical retailer part time, and i'm looking for more work which they can't offer - I was looking for a job in the same field, however I wondered if I had to tell me current employers? I don't want to use them as a reference, and tbh I'm sure they'd sack me if they found out as…

If working the 2 jobs would take you over the max 48 hr working week then yes they should know as technically speaking they should ask you to sign a WTR opt out.

And what everyone else said re the contract and what it says re 2nd jobs
