IPA questions

Hi all... Discharged 14th May and finally starting to sink in, which is great.. Not been working since BR 5th Nov 08 due to a number of factors but may be offered a job next week... Fingers crossed. Just had thoughts about a possible IPA should my surplus go over the 99 pound mark.... However i recall a previous thread that stated no IPA would be payable as one was not set up during bankruptcy... I'm a little confused as this would not make sense to me... Certainly not trying to avoid any such payments just not sure what the actual process would be in this senario.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Once you are discharged from bc and no IPA has been set up,then you are free to earn whatyou like without having to tell the OR. An IPA can not be sought now. So good luck with the job and your debt free future.DxFree impartial debt advice available from: National Debtline - Tel: 0808 808 4000 | The Consumer Credit Counselling Service (CCCS) - Tel: 0800 138 1111 | Find your local Citizens Advice Bureau
