You need to reserve using the cat number 376/3052 not the one on the website, putting this number in online does not work, hence why you have to phone. So, if you have reserved one via the link, that is the price you will pay (full price)

You do need to reserve on the phone but I phoned the automated "ring and reserve" number 0845 640 1010 rather than Customer Services (you just need your local store code and product code).

It doesn't matter if you're store doesn't have self-service - my mum paid at a normal till. I think the OP was just saying that if you do go to the self-serve it shows a picture of the product!

Thanks for the help, just tried reserving one but out of stock everywhere near me!! I reserved one wrongly online last night,typical me waded straight in and ballsed it up :rolleyes: so my local store does have one in stock!! I'll have to wait now for it to be released back into the system won't I!?:mad:
