Sky offer for free movies

be warned about some of the sky movies offers... i had a free sky movies trial, rang back at the end of the month to cancel it, where the guy said it was actually two months and i specifically asked if i wouldn't see a bill for the full sky world package the following month. I thought ok, another month sounds good....

lo and behlold when my bill came through it was for the full amount. after ringing them again, the woman stated that there was a lot of confusion between staff of the many offers they have?, apparently because i was on a one month free and when i came to cancel it there was a two month one around, as well as a couple of other free offers.
they refunded the amount for the following month, but i would have rather that 60 odd pounds wasn't coming out of my account this month....

I rang Sky yesterday after receiving a letter from them. The offer i was given was half price movies or sports for 3 months.. or have both of them for half price for 6 months..
