Seems like the property industry is no longer willing to tolerate EA eccentric, Julian Bending, who's been told to clean up his act:

Odd that at a time when green shoots are bursting forth all around us, they suddenly have the time to notice Mr Bending, who's been around for quite a while.
For the uninitiated, here's a link to the Ralph Bending site:

Significantly, there seem to be few houses for sale on the site compared with rentals. The current comments seem pretty tame too.
The Guardian comments:
'Rightmove says Bending's listings on its site were removed after "public complaints", although it's a bit confused over the nature and number of them, as well as what sort of appeal Bending was offered against the decision. Of course, these "members of the public" could be rival estate agents.'
Rival estate agents? Surely not!

Bending has a mixd reaction. He's fairly local to me, I've been in there and i have to say, whoever was manning the shop was incredibly poor at their job.. It takes a certain sort of area/person to want there house described in the ways he sometimes does. To get upset about the adverts, however, seems a bit precious.0

Mmm, have to admit I wouldn't have used him, had he been in my area.
I think his style is reflective of the time when everyone was gung-ho about property in a way that feels unseemly now. It's gone from being 'one great larf' to 'a serious matter' in the space of 18 months.
His business model needs revision.0
