Advice on remortgage deal needed

My mortgage is up for renewal and I've decided I want a 5 year fixed rate deal and heres what I've secured
£100000 @ 4.59% for 5 years with A&L
Overpayment facilities of £4.99 per month and 10% anually
Product fee of £399 - No other fee's as I'm an existing a&l customer
Is this a good deal?
