I have now removed my name from our joint account as DH isnt going BR....so can i just confirm he will be ok, ie no comeback because of my debts and bankrupcy, as someone previously mentioned doing a disasociation or something, if i need to do this can someone tell me how i do it please.
And shall i change my child tax credits and child benefit to now go into what is now HIS account??

Yes he will be fine now. If you want the credits to go into that account then go for it.

Yes that's all fine. I did the same when i went bc and my OH did not. I actually still have my wages(now unemplyment benefit:o)paid into his account and i went bc nov 2007:D.Dx
