Now I'm discharged - how long do I wait before starting credit file cleanup?

I was discharged a couple of days ago, and today I've paid for my certificate of discharge which should arrive on Monday.

How long should I wait before starting the cleanup process?

    Give it a month or 2 for the ex-creditors to get their act together, you never know they might do the right thing and update your files with out prompting.
