Telephone Conversations

Does anybody know how long the CSA keep hold of telephone conversations? I'm in dispute about something I told them back in 2003 and they are denying knowledge. I have asked them to check the calls I made and they said they will get back to me. Not holding much hope though.

They don't keep the actual calls, just the notes which were made at the time, so if nothing was noted there will be no record. If it was it should be on notepad.

Totally agree. I have lots of paperwork going back to 1995 but I let my guard down over what was a trivial matter which may now save me £4600 on arrears. I can feel an appeal coming on!
