costco cake?

Hello, I want to order a costco cake but am having troubles. I was hoping to find some pictures of the different ones on offer (I know they do a nice rainbow) and also find a form to download and send off. i spoke to a really unhelpful person who did eventually say they can fax a request/order form (I dont have a fax but a friend does). Is it on the website somewhere and i just can't find it, or does anyone know of different designs they do? my Mum doesnt really want to go all the way over there just to order one. Thanks

It isnt on their website as far as im aware, the last time we ordered one it was a nightmare trying to get an order form sent from them! I got cut off about four times trying to be put through to the cake dept then it took two days for them to send it!
They do the rainbow one, balloons, a flower bouquet, a football pitch, a golf green and I think a clown from memory. Theirs also one divided up into portion sizes with a little rose on each portion. HTH

i was told the other week i could just fax an order in on a piece of paper as long as it had the relevant information, ie costco card number, which cake and filling what writing you wanted and colour, try faxing it in and then ringing to confirm.i also thought i was getting cut off but it rings then does a funny noise this is incase a fax is going through but if you just hold on someone will answer

You can fax it over if you have the form.
Perhaps ring them and ask for the sheet they hand out for you to fill in.

I got the rainbow cake about 1 month ago. Looks very good and tastes pretty ok as well.

Just a thought, but Costco do a great Chocolate cake that you dont have to order, just collect on the day. Think its about £7.99 is huge and about the best I've had...

Might help the headache of ordering?!
