I have just had my telephone interview with the OR was a bit apprehensive but followed all the excellent advice i had on here and everything went great. I had all my paperwork ready a big A4 pad with dont waffle across it and a list of questions. The lady from the ORs office was very pleasant and informative. Asked me about all my debts and approx. when they occured and what factors did i feel contributed to my bankruptcy. We wished to keep the house and due to the negative equity my wife can by the beneficial interest for £212. My SOA was never mentioned so to any one that is going down this road listen to the guys and gals on here the help and advice are excellent after all we have all been there. To all those on here who helped me many many thanks i can now start to get my life back together.
