Anyone bought a 'Big Air' Trampoline?

Options
I recently purchased a 10 foot 'Big Air' trampoline fro UkSportImports.com

I paid extra for this trampoline, because it claims to be an 'Ultimate Spec' trampoline, with special 'max bounce' springs, which is 'designed to give the optimum performance.
It's also designed for user up to 23 stone (most standard trampolines are only designed for about 15 stone). Hence even 'I' can go on it!

(In fact I bought the package including the enclosure).

Have had no end of trouble with the enclosure - the instructions were incorrect, the entrance flap was faulty - it couldn't be closed - and the method of tieing the bottom of the enclosure down was unsafe.
Fortunately, after several E-mails, and several calls to various people at the company, they have agreed to replace the enclosure.
(They repeatedly explained that they had sold hundreds of these without a complaint, until mine. Yet now, they are saying it is a 'new design' enclosure and admit that it appears faulty.)
So, a replacement is on its way - though I am still weary that it still may not be suitable. We will see.

Anyway......my other concern regards the trampoline itself. I was expecting the 'Big Air' trampoline to have a tighter mat, and therefore providing a greater bounce. In fact, the mat appears less tight than my other 8 foot, cheap-brand, trampoline. Indeed, my light 7 year old daughter sags quite a lot when standing on the trampoline - much more than on the 8 foot. Therefore, it is of little surprise that she cannot bounces high with the 10 foot 'Big Air' trampoline, than she could on the older 8 foot.

Logically, this just doesn't sound or look right.
What do you others think?

When I mentioned it to the company, they again said that they have had no complaints or concerns.
However, how many people have a second trampoine to compare it too? If they had just bought this one, they may have just accepted it. But I am comparing it with my other cheap 8 foot trampoline.

Unfortunately, the boxes have been thrown out, so I don't think I'm in a position to return it.

Wondered if anyone has any comments...

Cheers,
Don
