Quick Decision Loans

I have been called by Quick Decision Loans after applying elsewhere on line with a promise of a loan in 7 days. They ahve already debitted my account with a payment of £69.95. I was really concerned when I looked the website and found numerous spelling mistakes and have yet to receive the promised email. Should I just threaten legal action to demand this money back and is what they have done legal?

They almost got me with this. I stupidly gave them my card details but DID manage to get a refund. I called them and demanded it. The money was in my bank roughly 5 days later. I spoke with a lady called 'Neg' or 'Meg' in the refunds department. She was pretty good. Even called me back which I didnt expect at all...
  • i am in the prosecc of trying to get my money back with them. I am soooo annoyed! The way they congratulate that you have been accepted for a loan, and tell you it will be around 111 pounds per months, make it sound like its all happening. THen they find me a lender with 60% APR, 159 per months, and I need a guarantor, too! I was told my money will be back in my account within the next ten days. That was 24 days ago and my money is still in their account! Even if I get the 64.99 back they still have my 5 pounds, and many hours spent on the phone trying to get it back!! AVOID THEM!!!
  • Got my money back (less a fiver) within 10 days without much hassle!
