well, the NRP has kept his promise and resigned from his job! CSA rung me to tell me the good news! He told CSA and me he would quit if he was liable for more than £18 pw!!
They are looking into ways of making the liability stand tho for his weekly amounts due. They are saying when they get a calculation based on income then they can make that amount stay even if he is on benefits (i thought it was £5 pw max plus max £2,50 arrears but CSA say not always).. funny thing is they havent even managed to calculate that yet- although i assume it is in excess of the magical £18pw figure he has plucked out of thin air?!
I can feel WW3 coming on in our neighbourhood this week
