I don't get anything from it - it's a government thing for everyone to be offered up to level 2 for free.
The only people doing GCSE maths now are either 17-18 year olds who want to improve a school grade or someone who wants to spend a year doing it as a 'hobby' almost and then to be able to say they got a B or an A etc.
For work purposes, the level 2 is the recognised way forward as it's quick and the areas are much more life relevant than the old GCSE.
