shame about the lack of payrise Lou - apparently my teaching rate may be going up a whole 50p per hour

Talking of teaching I'm getting in a bit of a pickle trying to put together a session for Saturday on internet security and online safety. think I've gathered too many online presentations and handouts and need to start putting together the powerpoint presentation and just chill.

    0.50 x 10 hrs x 52 = £260 mucho chocolate :EasterBun

Ooo snags you would struggle with 2 kids and luggage..Im worried and there is 2 of us for 1 night! You could always get a box of stuff sent down by courier £7 and I can drop it off to you when you arrive. Maz is thinking of doing the same as she has limited luggage allowance on the plane

BB I just heard that on the radio, it's ridiculous.

I'd love to give blood, but they don't take it from people with ME. So lots of kudos to the people who do!

did you lie about piercings, tattoos, lesbianism and your history of prostitution...? not to mention overseas travel!?

they ask so many prohibitive questions that it's nigh on impossible for a person with any single even slightly deviant lifestyle habit past or present to ever give blood. It's a soapbox favourite of mine!

I read one of the questions as 'have you ever had sex' and thought well thats me out then.....then i read on and got through most questions till i read the one about have I ever been with a man who has done it weirdly (in my book:rotfl:) and I thought how the hell am I supposed to know....:rotfl:I am not asking him!

The reason it has taken me so long to give blood is because of babies, tattoos, piercings, illness....blah blah blah
