There's lots of fruit now and I want to start a rum pot - should I add sugar or is OK without? I'm going to start with pick your-own-strawberries, I was going to add apricots but I've eaten them!
Cheers.

Hi kentishmaid,
You could try it if you want to, butI think the sugar is necessary to give the Rumptof it's flavour and helps to preserve the fruit. If you do without it altogether it will taste very strong and the juice won't have the same liqueur taste.
