By means of an update - I used their online 'contact us' form and when I got home I had an email waiting for me telling me that the rug and the bedding is dispatched from different warehouses, so the bedding should arrive soon, and if I don't receive it by the end of the week, then to give them a call.

Very impressed with their service. Anyone know whether this half price thing is a regular occurance?
