looking into dmp but wages are commission-how does this work??

hi my salary consists of a basic(guaranteed) and commission (not always guaranteed). if i was to enter a dmp what would they take into consideration as my income. would it be just my basic or a percentage of my commission. all help welcome thanks

hi, a Dmp would be looking for about a minimum of £100 per month to start. So work on that as a figure and see how it fits with your wage pattern, if you earn enought to pay more ,remember that you need to cover yourself for the lowest periods too.
So find a level from your basic and if you get extra , bank it somewhere safe and when it bilds up use it as a lump sum to pay in as a one off, just say it came from family orsomething.
Dont try to over commit on payments until you are sure of your income.
