Google alert but..........and a thanks to chesterwriter

I have just recieved a google alert telling me i'm a winner from this comp http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=1236437&highlight=toytalk but the comp is from the 30/10 and i have not recieved anything. I have checked the website http://www.toytalk.co.uk/2008/10/competition-win.html and it definatly states me as a winner. What can i do i cant find any contact details. Its my daughters birthday in a few weeks and this would be great for then.
