I'm worried about using both the code and going through a cashback site, as I have previously lost out on £20 of cashback when I did this (another company, not The Body Shop). Has anyone who has done this have their casback track? What are the chances of the cashback being refused at at later date?

My cashback tracked using Quidco. I'm not sure which site you'll use but with Quidco there's usually a warning with certain companies about cashback being denied if you use a code when you click through. There isn't a warning with The Body Shop though.0 -

OK... purely because nobody told me not to, I just ordered £39 worth of stuff. But... it was actually worth £65 and I got my 15% off - £6.91 - with that code (big thanks to mcduff16!) and Quidco will give me almost another £6 in cashback (thanks Maysie) so it's all good!
p.s. none of it is for gifts, it's all for me.. I even wrote a wee gift tag to myself!
