Filmnight problem

Tried to buy ine of the £2.95 DVDs Filmnight had on offer last week.Received an email from them offering a 25% Discount if I use the Voucher as they could not fulfil the order.The voucher doesn't work,the customer services number they gave me is wrong.When I finally found the number they assured me they had corrected the fault.Still doesn't work and now customer services have gone on to answerphone!!

I'm responding on behalf of Filmnight.com to your posted complaint. Firstly apologies for our inability to fulfill your order for an Easter Sales title and I will personally ensure that you receive your discount entitlement.

We have a dedicated customer service manager who can be contacted for any questions or concerns that filmnight.com customers might have. The customer service phone number is on our website: https://www.filmnight.com/help/ along with information about frequent order/account/delivery questions. Can you please let me know the number that you were trying to contact us on so I can find out why this was not working.

Also I will make sure that you receive a valid discount code and apologise that the code we issued you did not work. If you can mail me your original order reference number and discount voucher code I will find out why it would not register the discount and take steps to ensure that this does not happen again.
