    Could this be it?

    Serves 6-8
    - 250g digestive biscuits
    - 110g butter
    - 175g good lemon curd
    - 250g mascarpone
    - 500g strawberries
    - 1 tbsp redcurrant jelly, to glaze (optional)
    - A squeeze of lemon juice (optional)
Whizz the digestives to fine crumbs (or put them in a polythene bag and bash with a rolling pin). Melt the butter and add the crushed digestives. Mix together well. Press firmly into a 23cm tart tin with a detachable base, so they line the bottom and come 1-2cm up the sides. Chill for about 45 minutes for the crumbs to set.
Mix together the lemon curd and mascarpone until a smooth and uniform off-white, then pile into the tart case, spreading it out to cover the base. Hull and halve the strawberries, and arrange on top You want the whole tart to be covered.
There’s something rather nice about leaving the fruit just as it is, but if you want to glaze it, gently melt the redcurrant jelly in a small saucepan with a squeeze of lemon juice, and brush it over the top. Keep in the fridge until you’re ready to eat

    It's only a game
