I believe that most, if not all cases, that started off on CS1 have remained on CS1 & there seems to be a suggestion by some on this site that they may remain on CS1 until their cases are closed.
Not long after CS2 came into being in 2003, I was informed by the CSA that I would shortly be changing over to CS2, pending trials on the scheme with new cases. I'm still waiting!!!!!!!Donedoingdebt Lightbulb moment January 2000. Debt at highest approx £102,000. Debt now (October 2009 - absolutely fork all!!!):beer:
CSA case closed on 02/09/10 :beer::beer:0 -
