How do I make mint gravy?

I have a tub of mint in the garden and wanted to try making a pie using lamb and mint gravy (a la Greggs pasties
)
I did a quick search but couldn't find anything so my apologies if I missed a previous thread

I would actually add mint jelly into a gravy. You can then add chopped fresh mint to freshen it up, but I personally find mint on its own needs some sugar - hence using the jelly. I actually do the same with marmalade and a dash of orange juice to go with duck for duck with orange gravy too!
You can always make home made mint jelly for a change.
I have googled and found this recipe, not sure what it would be like, but worth a try I would have thought.Thanks to MSE, I am mortgage free!

Just make a mint sauce (vinegar sugar and finely chopped mint) and add it to the gravy.Who I am is not important. What I do is.0
