Three month supplement for healthy bones

Had to arrange re-delivery for a no. of items as I'm at work during the week. Have receieved the 'Radiance' 3 month supply. Hope I can report positive results on the surverys!

I received my "bone density" packs last week - they ask you to fill in a questionnaire at the end of each month - not sure how I can judge whether my bones are any denser?
But it's still a great freebie, given the price of these kind of supplements

The only way I can think of is to have a baseline bone density scan (£40 self refer at our local hospital) and then to have a follow up one at the end of each month (£40 again each time, so I don't think so, even if the Scanning Unit agreed to perform them so close together (which I bet they won't as repeat scanning is usually after 1-2 years). I can't see there is any other way! :shocked:

hi there i received my 3 month pack of bone tablets at the begining of the week, you have to do a survey at the end of each month for them, hope this helps
