sounds to me like he's in trouble himself and owes money to whoeva and is demanding payment from u so he can pay them.
its a shame u know them personally... police wont do nowt till summat happens tho
sods law really.
i think ur only way out is to borrow again and hopefully get this guy away... HOWEVER they could turn and ask for more... u have no contract so no proof of how much u owe...0 -
