Thank you sooooo much peachyprice :A:A........am so screwed up bout all of this and scared i'll be making a mistake going BR...though I know I'm not.......can't afford IVA payments anymore,

    Hey, you're welcome.

Can you see how I've arrived at those figures?
I've taken all your OH's own personal expenses off, and he's contribution is half of all the shared household bills.
The figures I've used (and the adding up:rolleyes:) might not be spot on, but it gives you an idea as to what you're aiming for.

Another question.........my wage is different every month as I get paid by the hour and get paid on last working day of month...so wages fluctuate on wage slip.

Based on my P60 for 2008/2009 my earnings were £7500 approx [ can't find it at mo' !! ]......averaged out this amounts to £625 a month.....can I also use this as proof of income too?

The OR usually takes an average of the last 3 months pay slips, and going forward. They're not really intersted in last year.

So they may ask for the last 3, then ask you to send them in every month for a few months.
