expats Europe & online shops ??

since I do most of my shopping online
I was wondering about the british expats who live in Europe and which online shops they order from that do deliver to Europe at reasonable shipping costs ??
Also I was wanting to order from Penhaligons but 20 UKP is a bit steep so if I could find someone so we could divide the shipping costs tenner each they deliver by courier FlorisLondon is 25 UKP for delivery / Anyone ??;)
