Received this today and feel this is just one big porky pie, have any other MSE'rs had the same email?

Hi there,

I have been contacted by Mens Health that you have not received your copy of Race Against Me.

This delivery has now been signed for twice at your property.

Has this happened before?

Please can you provide an alternative address for delivery.

Right folks, there have been developments, I'll just copy and paste in the emails:-

My reply to the above:-

Hi,

I can confirm that I have not received this and no member of my household has signed anything.

Can you confirm what address this has been sent to and what dates the deliveries were supposed to be made?


Then his reply:-

Hello there,

I dont have the addresses as its done by an automated system.

Please confirm address and we will arrange for this to be delivered in the future.

Are you a Dwain Chambers fan?

While I do find it difficult to believe that there can be no human interaction with your automated system which would allow you to obtain the details I requested in my previous email, I will provide my address details to get this matter resolved

Hi,

I was a great fan of Dwain a number of years ago, however recent doping allegations have cast doubt with me although I do not feel that the full story has really be made public.

Like always, the media do tend to twist things therefore I do still follow Dwain's career and wish him every success but I do still have reservations due to the adverse publicity.

oh dear, I recieved my book eventually. I emailed mens health who told me to give it a couple of weeks, nothing happened so emailed them again, didnt hear from mens health directly but they did copy me in on a mail they sent to simon dent which basically said they were aware Dwaine had been in America and he was waiting to get books signed but that he needed to resolve it. Then Simon Dent himself emailed me to say Dwaine was now back from America and he would get my book out to me asap and apologised for the delay. I recieved it a few days later. It actually came the day I went to Clothes Show London so that was 29th May. Not sure if it had to be signed for cos I wasnt in, OH took it and hes not here at moment to ask !!

Hope everyone else gets their books. I would try emailing mens health directly as this is what seemed to get me my book.

I have been emailing Mens Health and they tend to ignore my first email then reply to my second after I get a bit grumpy at them for ignoring me the first time:rotfl::rotfl:
