    Very unlikely that you will be able to get a secured loan with such a small amount of equity - sorry.

    You could try and get a bank loan from your current bank to clear your mortgage arrears, but a credit search might show up the current problem and put them off.

    I have one bank account to where my wages go and another from where my bills are paid.

    I went to sea for four months without arranging for the money to be transferred across. So all my bills, credit cards, car insurance, mortgage etc went unpaid for four months! :doh:

    To be fair to the OP it reads "bank error"

    Seems he meant HIS banking error - ie not sorting out his banking. Shows how easily written word can be mis-interpreted

    Having said that, agree with Rafter - seems unlikely, sorry.
