Help loan shark

Useful Information
If you do get into arrears with your repayments, the nice, helpful loan shark may turn nasty. He may physically threaten you or your family. He may also demand any social security benefit book you may have. All of this is against the law, as is threatening you by letters or phone calls. Neither may you be harassed at home or at work. If you are in such a position, you should complain to the police.
Not repaying a debt is not a criminal offence. And so, you should ignore any threat from a loan shark that he will take you to a criminal court. It's also extremely unlikely that he'll take you to a civil court. As we've said earlier, loan sharks do not as a rule apply for a licence and they are unlikely to have anything to do with a court where their authority to lend money might be questioned.Vanquis- Limit £1250, balance £0
Capital One Classic- Limit £800, balance £0
Natwest Current Account- £800 OD limit, approx £600 OD
Loan- £3300, will be paid off by Dec 09
Student Loan- paid off Dec 09 (That's £150 a month extra! Woohoo)
Empire Catalogue Account- £750 limit, balance £300 -
Call the CCCS or CAB as a matter of urgency.Got Halifax Classic to reduce my interest rate by 5% woohoo - 10/06/08 Thanks MSE!
Another 3% shaved off 10/12/08

I don't think too many loan sharks are bothered about what's legit and what's not.
They don't tend to bother with courts, or with what's lgeal etc., - they have their own methods to get their money back.
There's another thread running on here about the same thing.
LinYou can tell a lot about a woman by her hands..........for instance, if they are placed around your throat, she's probably slightly upset.0 -
Bermondey Dave loans are sadly only regulated by the court of whatever they can get away with doing. If you don't stand for something, you'll fall for anything0
