I have figured out what to do...

Enter your details via roboform (if you use this) then highlight the loaf you bought. Once you have done this it will refresh, just press the back button and your details will still be there and the loaf highlighted. Repeat for the Terms and conditions (highlight, press back) and then press enter

If you dont use Roboform then I am guessing you will have to repeat the above steps for both name and address etc

Same for me, and I've just got a new loaf out of the freezer to test, so I'm sure its not because the codes have been used.
