Hi everyone. Just a quick post to see if anyone can offer any advice. I recently applied for a homeowner loan from my mortgage lender Leeds Building society, well not exactly recently, I applied on the 4/5/09 and was told that there was no problem with my application and to expect a payout within ten days:j. Today is 15/6/09 and I am still waiting. I won't bore you with the endless list of excuses I've had so far. Any advice on how I can give the worthless layabouts at my bank a kick up the backside to speed things up? Thanks.

Ask to see a manager who will/should be able to get to the bottom of it.0
