yep - all of that and tonnes more.
    The paperwork:
    Scheme of work
Lesson plans for each session of the course
    self evaluation of each lesson
    risk assessment (of room)
individual risk assessment of learners with support needs
initial assessment (I did a tick box thing of various meals they may or may not have cooked)
Personal Learning Records (they fill them in as they go along and get objectives set)
Learner progress tracking sheet (I fill this in when they achieve various things)
RARPA - this is how I will track and monitor achievement and progress.
    Health and Safety
    My register is also checked.

One is looking at my teaching ability and whether I am actively using equality and diversity in my planning and teaching

The other is looking at learning and whether I use the initial assessment to plan the sessions (amongst other things). they will look at my session structure, activities, attendance of the learners, them acknowledging what they have learnt (I need to prove this so I always start the session with a re-cap of last week)

I have a huge folder of stuff - it's only a 4 week course! I feel for those observed half way through a GCSE - loads more lesson plans and evaluation etc.

I am such a bleedin soft touch. I've just told my boy that I will pay his rent and give him £25 a week for extra food as long as he stays at college. I feel a bit sad though :(

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

OKay - I'd like to say I'm wiser but as I don't know what 'Total Drama Island' is that'd be a bit of a lie:rotfl:
