I wanna- get the cheapest hotel in falmouth

Hi all
i need the cheapest hotel or B&B, guest house type thing in falmouth, cornwall. two nights please!

we are not set on the dates as yet, but likely to be around the weekend nearest the 20th (when I get paid lol) of May.

The ONLY considerations are
a) it needs to be actually in falmouth centre, as we are coming by train and have no wheels
b) not in "someones house" ie the hotel needs to have at least 10 rooms, sorry but personal experience tells me this is the best bet...

Everything without exception Ive found is over 70 quid a night Tried all-hotels, laterooms but with no joy, likewise the tourist board website.

Not too too bothered about having brekkie included, we usually miss it anyway!
