    still on...

either put SC6828 in search box or goto SALE, Spring/summer, electricals, cameras

to get for £21 you'll prob have to chase up the voucher on phone though and then get them to put it back on card.

Took the chance and ordered this camera last week, arrived today. Used the £20 off code that I tried to use on the tent offer but it was out off stock. Camera has therefore only cost £15.99, daughter delighted with her first digi camera, now just have to order one of those amazing value sd cards from ebuyer. First photo printed off, well what can I say, for the price, its not too shabby, wouldn't have liked to pay full price though! Oh yes, thats what this sites about though, silly me.

Have they taken £35.99 from you?

Tell them the order confirmation states £20.99 and that is all you agreed to pay and that they did not have your permission to take more than that from your card.

Tell them you want the money put back on the card now or you will contact trading standards and your bank.

Ask them why they sent a confirmation for £20.99 if they had no intention of charging that. The code was accepted by them and they should have said if you couldn't use it.

If they've sent you a camera ask why if they intended charging £35.99 why didn't they contact you before changing the terms of the agreement. Never have you heard of a shop changing more than what you agreed and adjusting the amount upwards without contacting the customer.

just go thru the automated services till you get to a human being. Explain you've been overcharged. They took details and was told to ring back the next day . Did that and got thru to a human being again who took my switch number to refund the £15 which was overcharged....simple. As I explained earlier, I send the camera back because I wasn't impressed even at £21. I'm hoping they refund my switch account and not give me a credit into my empire stores account which seems to have been created without me asking. Either way, i'll have to ring them again to close this bloody account. I didn't ask for the catalogue or the empire spam in my hotmail account either.

Any idea how to find your "customer number"?? I can't seem to find it on any of the emails.

    Cheers
