Can anyone tell me where exactly is the place where your car will be pulled UPHILL by the magnetic field in this area?

The 'Electric/Magnetic Brae' on The Spelga Pass, just below the Spelga Dam, near Hilltown, is one of the few places on Earth where water, footballs and other objects, including items as large as cars, appear to roll uphill, in defiance of the law of gravity

Yes.
If you are leaving spelga dam, heading back towards hilltown, literally 200 yards or so down the road there is a small side road to the left that goes back on itself towards the dam - just on past the loos on the right. It has high footpaths either side0 -
and imo its not an optical illusion you do actually go uphill, great fun0
