Best Jobsearch Website?

I use Reed, TotalJobs, JobcentrePlus, and Monster to search for jobs.

Which is the best over all job search website?

I see that most have the same jobs advertised.

I'm about to give up with Reed, they're a pain in the backside.

you may also like to try Hays recruitment, and perhaps direct with the companies, that's what I'm doing now, I'm going to write out a big old list with companies on and save them in my favourites in a seperate folder.

I'm not sure half the jobs on Reed are real anyway. one I saw had 450 applicants and had been posted numerous times, you're telling me that there was not 1 person in 450 that was suitable for that job? I applied for one with only 20 applicants and all I was told the position is now filled.

trovit - the best by far!

Tip - try and see what agency repeatedly comes up for the field you want to go into, then contact that agency as your last port of call.

The jobcentre website is also full of fake or rubbish jobs too.Betterware blitzed the jobcentre site with ads making the JCP website look a real mess. They were saying agents wanted to deliver/collect catalogues and you would be paid £7-£8 per hour working a 50 hour week.Their ads are very misleading and should be banned as they are business opportunities.

They are all rubbish and a waste of time. My opinion anyway:confused:. Jobcentre site OK for the vacancies that are advertised by the employer and not an agency. I DO NOT LIKE AGENCIES. they have wasted sooooo much of my time since I was made rendundant.:mad:
